Getting started
What is HireYT?
HireYT is an AI-native applicant tracking system (ATS) built for US staffing agencies. It brings jobs, candidates, clients, submittals, interviews, offers, placements, timesheets and billing into one workspace, with AI help built into every page.
Who is HireYT for?
HireYT is built for US staffing and recruiting agencies, from solo recruiters to teams of 200. Candidates and job seekers also get their own free Professional profile, so agencies on HireYT can discover and message them.
How does the 90-day free trial work?
Every new agency gets a 90-day free trial with full access to every feature. No card is required to start and you can cancel any time. Register your company at hireyt.com/register and our team reviews and approves new agencies before they can sign in.
How do I sign up my agency?
Open the Register page, enter your name, company and work email, and submit. HireYT staff review each new agency application and you get an email once you are approved. After that you sign in at hireyt.com/login with your email and password.
How long does it take to get set up?
Most agencies are working within a day. Add your team, import candidates and jobs from a CSV or add them one by one, and invite your clients. A guided Setup your workspace checklist in the app walks you through the first steps.
Pricing
How much does HireYT cost?
There are three plans. Free is $0 a month for up to 3 users (50 candidates, 10 active jobs). Professional is $49 per user per month, or $39 per user per month when billed annually, with unlimited candidates and jobs and the full AI tools. Enterprise is custom pricing for unlimited users, SSO and a dedicated support SLA.
What is included in the Free plan?
The Free plan includes up to 3 users, 50 candidates and 10 active jobs, plus the pipeline and submittals board, basic reporting and limited support. It is a good fit for a solo recruiter getting started.
What do I get on the Professional plan?
Everything in Free plus unlimited candidates and jobs, AI Copilot and smart briefs, the client portal and reporting, email automation and priority support. It is priced per user: $49 a month, or $39 a month billed annually. Every new agency starts with a 90-day free trial.
Is there an Enterprise plan?
Yes. Enterprise adds unlimited users, custom integrations and SSO, SAML and enterprise authentication, a dedicated account manager and contract billing. Contact us and we will tailor it to your agency.
Can I cancel or change plans later?
Yes. You can cancel any time and you are not locked in. You can move between plans as your team grows. Contact us if you need help changing your plan.
Recruiting
What can HireYT do for recruiters?
Recruiters manage open jobs, search a smart candidate database, submit candidates to jobs on a drag-and-drop pipeline board, schedule interviews, track offers and placements, and use AI to write outreach, rank matches and summarise candidates.
How does the candidate database work?
Each candidate has a profile with resume, skills, work authorization, availability, notes, tags and documents. Resumes are parsed automatically, you can filter and save views, and AI scores how well a candidate matches any open job.
Can I import my existing candidates and jobs?
Yes. You can import candidates, jobs, users and submittals from CSV files, and export lists back out. Imported records show up straight away in the pipeline and reports.
How does the pipeline and submittals board work?
Submittals sit on a Kanban board with stages such as Submitted, Screening, Interview, Client Interview, Offer and Placed. Drag a card or use the stage buttons to move it, and every change is logged with its history.
Does HireYT handle interviews, offers and placements?
Yes. You can schedule interviews, collect scorecard feedback, create offers, and turn accepted offers into placements with rates, margins and contract dates. Ending-contract alerts help you avoid losing revenue.
Clients and billing
Does HireYT include a client portal?
Yes. Clients get a portal where they review submitted candidates, give feedback and decisions, and follow their jobs, without needing access to the rest of your data.
Can HireYT manage timesheets and invoices?
Yes. Consultants submit weekly timesheets, recruiters approve them, and invoices can be created from approved time. Finance and Billing IT modules cover expenses, ledgers and party balances for agencies that want accounting in the same place.
Is there a client CRM?
Yes. Keep client contacts, tiers, notes, job history and contact logs in one place, and generate an AI client intelligence brief in one click before a call.
AI
What AI features does HireYT have?
AI is built into the whole app: a Copilot you can ask questions about your pipeline, AI match scoring, outreach and email drafting, job description writing, candidate and profile summaries, pipeline risk flags and AI Insights dashboards.
Can I ask HireYT questions about my own data?
Yes. AI Insights and the Copilot answer plain-English questions such as how business is going this month or which candidates are stuck, using only your agency's data.
Recruiting
Does HireYT support hotlists and a bench?
Yes. Hotlists let you group candidates for quick sharing, and the Bench view tracks consultants between assignments with bench aging and availability so nobody is forgotten.
Professionals
What is the HireYT Professional login?
It is a free profile for job seekers at hireyt.com/professional. A professional uploads a resume once, and every agency on HireYT can discover them when they switch on Available to recruiters. They can also browse jobs, apply, track applications and message companies.
How do professionals get discovered by agencies?
A profile is discoverable when the Available to recruiters switch is on and the profile is at least 70% complete. Resume, primary skills, years of experience, location and work authorization all count toward completeness.
Can candidates apply to jobs and message agencies?
Yes. Professionals browse open jobs with a match percentage, save jobs, apply with an optional note, follow each application stage, and message the company inside the app.
Security and access
How secure is my data?
Each agency's data is isolated in its own tenant, data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and access is role-based. Sign-in supports multi-factor authentication and admins can end any user's sessions instantly.
What user roles are there?
Agencies can set up Admin, Manager, Recruiter and Sales users, plus candidate and client logins. Each role sees only the screens and data it needs. Super Admin is a separate HireYT staff role used to approve and support agencies.
Where do administrators sign in?
Company Admins and recruiters sign in at hireyt.com/login. HireYT platform staff use a separate Super Admin page. Candidates use the Professional login at hireyt.com/professional.
Professional Network
What is the HireYT Professional Network?
The Professional Network is a LinkedIn-style space inside the Professional login. You can share posts with text and photos, connect with other professionals, get notified about requests, likes and comments, and browse profile pages.
Who can see my posts?
When you write a post you choose its visibility. Public posts can be seen by all professionals on HireYT. Connections-only posts are visible just to you and the professionals whose connection requests you have accepted.
How do connection requests work?
Open My Network, find a professional in Discover and press Connect. They get a notification and can accept or decline. Once accepted you can see each other's connections-only posts. You can withdraw a pending request or remove a connection at any time.
How much does the Professional Network cost?
It is $9.99 per month for professionals, and your first month is free. We record when your free month starts, and no card is needed to begin. Billing is not switched on yet, and you will be told before any charge applies.
Is the network only for professionals?
Yes. The feed, posts and connections live in the Professional login for job seekers and candidates. Agencies and recruiters keep using their own HireYT workspace and are not part of the professional feed.
Support
Does HireYT work on mobile?
Yes. The web app is mobile-friendly and works in any phone browser, and an Android app is on the way. Professionals can use the same login on their phone.
How do I contact HireYT or get help?
